    Get a meter for each flat

    Order prepaid STS meters from us. We deliver them to your property and set them up with your tenants' flats.

  2. Step 2

    Tenants recharge by themselves

    Each tenant logs in, picks an amount and pays online. They get a 20-digit token to type into their meter keypad.

  3. Step 3

    You get paid, with every naira on record

    Payments go to your bank account. You see who bought what, how many kWh each flat used and what you earned.
