Our story
Geomarins Submeter started with one house and one problem: a single DisCo bill shared between tenants who used very different amounts of power. Collecting money was slow, the numbers were always argued over, and the landlord was left to cover the gap.
The fix was simple. Give every flat its own prepaid meter, let tenants buy their own units online, and give the owner a clear record of every naira. Geomarins Submeter is that fix, built for landlords, estate managers and their tenants across Nigeria.
